REFUND POLICY

As a digital merchant, our goal is to provide high quality products to artists. We want you to feel confident when purchasing our assets and aim for 100% customer satisfaction. That’s why we offer a 24-hour refund period for individual products.
1. REQUEST A REFUND
If a pack doesn’t meet your expectations, simply contact us within 24 hours of purchase at hello@bad-deer.com or through our contact page. Please include:

2. LIMITATIONS
Please take note of the following exemptions to refunds:
ACCIDENTAL ORDERS
Refunds are not provided for accidental purchases. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.
BUNDLES
We do not offer refunds on bundles. Instead, you may receive a partial refund equal to the value of one individual product, given the number of packs included.
FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY
We strictly monitor fraudulent activity, such as repeatedly purchasing packs, requesting refunds, and continuing to use the content. If such behaviour is detected, we reserve the right to deny refunds.
REFUND LIMIT
Customers are only eligible for only one refund every six months. If you have already received a refund, you must wait another six months before requesting another.
USAGE RIGHTS
If a refund is granted, you forfeit the right to use any BAD DEER content from that purchase, including but not limited to: artwork, images, models, samples, presets, vectors, videos or any other digital assets.
